Purpose & scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the Keel service and this website, and it forms part of our Terms of Service. Keel is operated by Keel GRC LLC, headquartered in Buford, Georgia, USA. By using Keel, you and your users agree to follow this policy.
Prohibited activities
You may not use Keel to:
- Break the law or facilitate illegal activity.
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
- Upload or distribute malware, ransomware, or other harmful code.
- Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the service without authorization.
Legitimate security researchers should follow our

- Place excessive load on the service, scrape it, or carry out any denial-of-service activity.
- Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the service, or imply an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.
- Store or process other parties’ data without the authority to do so.
- Upload or transmit abusive, deceptive, harassing, or otherwise harmful content.
- Violate applicable export-control or sanctions laws.
Fair use of automated & AI features
Keel offers optional, user-initiated AI features. Do not use them to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to place undue load on the platform through automated or high-volume requests. AI outputs are drafts to review, not legal, audit, or professional advice, and you are responsible for checking them before you rely on them.
Security research
We welcome responsible disclosure. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please
report it privately and give us a reasonable time to respond before any public disclosure.

Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to the service, with or without notice depending on the severity, as described in our Terms of Service. We will use reasonable judgment and aim to be proportionate.
